Punctal Occluder Permanent Occlusion is specially designed for providing distinct benefits for patients of chronic dry eye conditions. It offers a reversible mode of partial occlusion and limits the drainage of tears into the lacrimal duct. Made of medical-grade silicone, the pre-loaded occluder is easy to insert and restricts the need for Punctal dilation. With this product, the outflow of tears can be controlled and the patients with the problem of dry eyes can get benefitted.

Occluders come in a pack of convenient pair tray where each occluder is individually sterile and loaded in advance on a high-grade disposable insertion instrument. The sizing options available are X-Small (0.25 mm-0.35 mm), Small (0.35mm-0.65 mm), Medium (0.6 mm-0.85 mm) and Large (0.9 mm+). The small and medium sizes virtually fit all patients while X-Small and Large sizes are for unusually sized puncta.
The BVI product facilitates excellent retention and can be replaced within 30 days of insertion if required.
