Intravitreal Injection

Intravitreal Injection is used for improving efficiency and safety while administering medications in the vitreous cavity, close to the retina, to treat a variety of retinal conditions. This instrument by BVI stabilizes the eye and enhances the patient’s comfort as it eliminates the need for a patient drape, speculum, caliper, and marker. The Polycarbonate lash guard with a cylindrical chamber of Stainless Steel swage guide tube prevents lash touch to the needle which results in reducing the risk of infection. The retina and lens are protected from any damage with its accurate measurement of 7mm that controls the depth, position, and angle of injection. The needle entry is automatically placed and reliably delivered at 4mm with its 3X studs triangular baseplate. Intravitreal Injection Guide also has a 45degree wishbone handle of 39mm.
